STICK NEWS

Kia Ora. This is Stick News. Japan’s Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi will be finishing up the job in September. But before he finishes, he’s been attending to some vital business, including doing Elvis impersonations with his friend George Bush.

Recently, Koizumi was photographed with celebrity Ayaya to launch a campaign against recreational drug use.
But some political commentators are now wondering if Koizumi is taking his own advice after his antics abroad last week.
Koizimi’s fondness for Bush is no secret in Japan. Neither is his love for Elvis.
But now more of the world knows, thanks to the two men’s trip to Memphis to visit Elvis’s’ old house.
Koizumi danced, sang and even wore Elvis glasses.

Koizumi is now back in Japan. It is not known whether any actual political issues were discussed during his trip.
And that was Stick News for Friday the 30th of June.
Kia Ora.
